Here are the details of the 19th August 2024 NHS meeting at 6pm at the Claremont Tennis Club.

 

THE TOPIC:    Australian Code Breaking in World War 2, and Australian Signals Intelligence in the 1960s.

THE SPEAKERS: Nigel Rogers and Natalie Cullity

Nigel Rogers is the President of the Naval Historical Society-WA Chapter and is the resident military and naval historian at Capital Community Radio in Perth.

Natalie Cullity served as a Petty Officer in the Women’s Royal Australian Navy in Signals Intelligence in the 1960s. Natalie served both here in Australia at listening posts in Canberra and Darwin, and also overseas at a listening post in Singapore.

 

The talk is at 6:00pm at the Claremont Lawn Tennis Club, Shenton Road, Claremont. Parking is at the Tennis Club and in the public car park on Davies Road.
